Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule a booking.

Requests received less than 5 days before the scheduled visit are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that rescheduling requests made on the day before the scheduled visit, or on the day of the visit, cannot normally be accommodated, as our schedule, staffing, and capacity have already been finalized and reserved.

If we are unable to offer an alternative date, the original booking will remain subject to the Cancellation Policy above.

Arrival Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all visitors, we kindly ask groups to arrive at our facilities at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled booking time, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Please note that during the high season our schedule is often fully booked and multiple groups may be visiting our facilities on the same day.

In the event of a significant delay and/or lack of timely notification, Markellos Olive reserves the right to shorten the experience or, in exceptional cases, refuse the visit if accommodating the group would negatively affect other scheduled bookings.

We therefore kindly ask all partners and group leaders to inform us as early as possible of any expected delay so that we can do our best to adjust our schedule accordingly.
