Soligea Pitted Kalamon Olives. Black colour, fleshy body and rich taste. These are the main characteristics of the famous Kalamon olives.

Kalamon olives are cultivated using natural methods and picked by hand only when they have reached full maturity. The pits are removed from the olives after the fermentation process and the traditional brine is added to ensure preservation.
