REPLACEMENTS – PRODUCT RETURNS
Bring the product at our store. When we check the product and confirm that the return terms apply, the product will be replaced with the same or other product of your choice.
Product return is accepted only if its condition is exactly the same as we sent it i.e. unsealed or its packaging altered. Moreover, it is required to return the receipt or invoice of your order. We suggest that you carefully check the products’ when you receive them from the courier company in order to see if there is any obvious defect such as a broken product, a wrong product, unsealed package etc.
Returns will be accepted until 7 days from the day of delivery.
Once you have informed us about your intention to return a product either by calling us on +302741033328 or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org you have to package it and send it at our address with a courier company of your choice. Shipping costs are paid by you.
In case we receive the product and we observe that the return terms (see above) are not applicable, we will not accept it. In this case, we will send it back to you and the shipping cost will be paid by you.
In case we have made a mistake, we reimburse you with the product cost and the and the shipping expenses of sending back to our store. In case our company has not made any mistake with your order, we will return you the amount of money that refers to your order. In this case the shipping cost will be paid by you.
If you wish to replace a product with another product, shipping cost will be in line with our shipping policy.
If you receive a product that has expired (check expiration date), we reimburse you with the product cost and the shipping expenses of sending back to our store.
Our company has no responsibility for poor condition of the product as long as it is not due
- to improper storage of the product and
- not taking the precautionary measures for product safety
The product must be returned in perfect condition according to our return policy. Shipping cost for product return, will be paid by the consumer. If the product is in perfect condition, the company has to return the amount of money that refer to the receipt, within 14 days of product return to the store. If the consumer has paid the order via credit card, our company will cancel the transaction and update consumer’s credit card.
